My old phone number was ment to be changed over yesterday but it still hasn't happend I've reset my phone a number of times and still nothing can anyone help thanks

Sometime when you do it on your order it doesn’t go through. I suggest you do it again on the above link alternatively probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser
The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.

If your old SIM is still working, it sounds like the port hasn’t processed. You can do this again here - Switch | iD Mobile Network
