I have recently switched from EE to iD mobile using PAC code. The switch was confirmed quickly and u can make phone calls from my old number using my new iPhone 15 however when making a call it asks me to change my primary line and then also doesn’t allow me to use iMessage or FaceTime from my number. I’ve completed the trouble shooting that I’ve found online and tried to edit the phone number attached to the new phone but it doesn’t save, and it says on iMessage that it’s not available on the old number. I’ve successfully signed into Apple account as it shows my email address. Any ideas?

Have you tried a network reset?
This happened to me and a reset worked.
