Number hasnt switched

Hi, my number was meant to switch yesterday but this has not happened. Can someone please help? I need this switched asap as my old phone is broken so cannot be used. Thanks

I did yes, I sent the request through on this for yesterday's date

Ye that’s what the help guide says. Have you tried turning the phone off/on. Has your old number disconnected now from your previous network?

I should imagine it will happen today.

Failing that probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@Lizzie240287  

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
