My new phone arrived on Monday last week but the number I want to keep still has not been transferred and I can't receive calls or text messages. If this is not resolved ASAP who do I contact to get a full refund?

Hi @andewhite Yes my old SIM still seems to work and my old phone rings rather than my new one. Thank youOkay @Retrod40s, in your case it would appear iD Mobile haven’t processed your PAC - maybe the switching date got ’lost’ somewhere, somehow.Probably best to Live Chat with iD customer service to rectify matters - the iD advisors work until 8pm on weekdays.

Okay @Retrod40s, just to say that sometimes iD Mobile don’t process your PAC properly, if it’s submitted at same time you purchase your phone.Does your ‘old’ service provider’s SIM card still work?What happens when you call the number you wanted to keep, from another phone?This community article explains other ways of contacting iD customer service.
