number not recognised


Switched to ID from Voxi, callers from non three networks receive number not recognised when attempting to call me.
 

I can ring out tho.

 

please help

Sounds like this is a split port, which can happen from time to time. Is this still an ongoing issue?

retained old number  

today found out people unable to call me on network - message states number does not exist .  I can ring others via network and can receive and send  SMS and calls and messages from WhatsApp

i can ring a number and the person gets a missed call but then not able to ring me back as number does not exist 

can anyone offer any advise?? Thanks

@Karen hope - Have you tried a NETWORK SETTINGS RESET? This’ll fix most issues. Thanks.

I tried everything before I found the complaints telephone number. When I rang them they said to get a SIM card not e-sim. Complaints raised the issue to technical team and resolved in 48 hours. Problem was eSIM.
