number not switched despite confirmation text

Hi I received a text from ID mobile stating my numbers been switched. But this is not the case, not only isn’t  my new ID sim not working my original EE account is still active and I’m having to use that.

We are very sorry to hear your switch has not taken place. 

Can you please confirm if this was booked for the 29th January? If yes, has there been any changes since your post?

We ask as the port can take up until 10pm on the day to process.
