Hello,

I have recently transferred over to ID mobile from a PAC Code by three. However when anyone rings me it says the number is invalid. I have looked at the other topics and have reset my phone and checked all the settings say the correct number however still nobody can ring me.

Please can you help me rectify as it's very frustrating.

    Hi @Chloe26,

We are so sorry to hear of the issues that you are currently facing since your number transfer completed. Please try the steps below, depending on the type of phone you have:

    For Android:

    • Open Settings
    • Tap General Management
    • Tap Reset
    • Select Reset network settings

    For iPhone:

    • Go to Settings
    • Tap Phone
    • Tap My Number
    • Delete the old number
    • Enter the new/current number
    • Tap Save

Then follow these steps to refresh iMessage:

    1. Go to Settings
    2. Tap Messages
    3. Turn iMessage OFF
    4. Go to Settings > General
    5. Tap Reset
    6. Choose Reset Network Settings
    7. Once your iPhone restarts, go back to Settings
    8. Tap Messages
    9. Turn iMessage ON again

Your iPhone should now recognise the SIM and verify your number to get it working again.

    Regards,

    Hi @Chloe26,

We're sorry to hear that didn't resolve the issue.

As the troubleshooting hasn't worked, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Service team via Live Chat and asking them to arrange a replacement SIM card, as this is often the next step if the issue appears to be SIM-related.

They'll also be able to run further checks on your account to make sure there isn't anything else affecting your service.

    Regards,
