I just ordered a new phone, and requested number porting to occur on Tuesday 2nd Jan. I'd like to cancel the number port request and just keep the ID mobile number. How do I do this please?

It may be too late to stop the port but we’ll shortly send you a Private Message to your Community account so we can discuss your issue further.
