number ported in but not working correctly.

Hi. 

 

I was with id mobile SIM only. To get a new deal I ported.my number to ee pay as you go SIM card and then used a PAC code to move the number back to id mobile on a pay monthly contract. However it's not working correctly. I can text out but not receive texts. I can ring out and receive calls when in the UK. I'm currently in Spain and can ring out but not receive any calls. My phone is presenting it's self with my ported in number. The number port obviously hasn't worked successfully. It's been a week now and still not working. Can someone from id mobile look into this please ? Number is  [REDACTED]. Many thanks

Try a network reset on your phone - that sorted me out.
