Number Porting

I want to port over my number from my previous supplier and have been given a PAC Code. What do I do with this to make sure that the number is ported on a specific date.

That is great help, thank you. They ask for a Transaction Number, where can I find this?

Okay @Paul Ghent, it’s usually found on the invoice that came with your iD order item(s), or in the welcome email iD Mobile send to new customers. 

If not, you can submit your PAC by using their online Live Chat service - the iD advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.

Just tell the 24/7 chatbot you want to “talk to a person”.
