    Hi @Vincent Vega,

Thank you for getting in touch, and welcome to iD Mobile!

To retain your number, you’ll need to request a PAC code from O2. The quickest way to do this is:

To get a PAC code from O2, the fastest method is to text 'PAC' to 65075 for free, which works for both Pay Monthly and Pay As You Go customers. You will receive your 9-digit code (starting with "TEL") via text within 60 seconds. The code is valid for 30 days.

Once you have your PAC code, please contact our customer service team via live chat here: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat. Just explain your request, and an advisor will assist you further.

If you have any questions while getting your PAC, feel free to reach out. We’re happy to help!

    Regards,

    Hi @Warren65,

For your security, please don't post personal information such as your order number or PAC code on this public page.

I've just sent you a private message to help get this sorted.

To find it, click your profile picture in the top-right corner and select ‘Private Messages’.

You can also use this direct link to your inbox: https://community.idmobile.co.uk/inbox/overview

    We'll speak to you there.

    Thanks,
