I have switched from Vodafone to ID mobile.
my number port was successful and got a text from Vodafone confirming they have ended my number and a text from ID saying they have activated my number and I can now use it.
My iMessage and FaceTime won’t tick for my mobile number, says there’s an activation error. So only my email is being used for messages and FaceTime.
I have followed all the steps, toggled off iMessage and face time done a restart and toggled back on, also done a reset network setting after toggling off iMessage and FaceTime but still my mobile number is not activating.
any help or advice please?

It may be worth trying a replacement SIM card in this case.
