Hi. 

When I text/call people it is showing a different number than the one I transfered over to yourselves.

    Tried all these and still not working.

    Do you have another phone that you could try the SIM card in? One in which you can amend the number in the phone settings like an iPhone? If you could try that and pop the SIM back into your phone, it should update it.

    Thank you for getting in touch. 

     

    We are sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue with the incorrect number showing when texting people. 

    Can you please remove the SIM and then power the phone up for 1-2 minutes. Then please power down the phone and re-insert the SIM.
