Number switch issue

I have just changed contract to ID from Vodafone. I sent ID the PAC code to switch to old number today. The number appears to have switched on the new ID phone but is still active on the old Vodafone one too. If someone calls me it rings the Vodafone mobile not my new ID one, however I am able to make a call from my new phone and the recipient sees my switched number correctly. 

Why is this? Why has the Vodafone one not switched off completely?

Are you using iPhone devices with your Vodafone and iD SIM cards, ​@TEH

Have you restarted the phone with your Vodafone SIM? 

Have you restarted the phone with your iD SIM? 

UK mobile number transfers don’t happen immediately, and iD can sometimes take up until 10pm on the date of your switch to complete the transfer.

If the Vodafone SIM card is still active, it sounds like the transfer hasn’t happened just yet.

 

It may be worth trying the following;
