Number Transfer From Three Has Not Happened

After switching to ID from Three at the start of September I had to use my old Sim to keep my number.
The PAC transfer doesn’t appear to have worked and the number shown when I log in to
my ID account shows the replacement ID number.
Is there an error or is the process still taking place ?

No apparent response from ID.
I received one PM from a profile that looks like a scam, so I’m a bit reluctant to reply to that.
Is there a more official ID contact that can confirm if  my PAC transfer has failed ?
Or is the process still taking place ?
Some help with this please ?

We are very sorry to hear you are experiencing delays with the porting of the number.

How was your PAC submitted please? PAC’s will expire 30 days after the day they have been generated so it would be worth checking to make sure the PAC was in date when it was submitted. 

 

With the message you have received, we would usually notify you that we are taking the chat to private. Can you please confirm the handle for the user that has contacted you via private message?

Hi Natalie,

thank you for your message.
When I took out the ID contract, I provided the PAC supplied from Three, but the transfer
didn’t seem to be put in place.
So I ended up with the new ID contract and the existing Three contract still running, with no change-over.

I have since been able to resubmit my PAC number to obtain a date for the transfer.
So if this happens correctly, my issue will hopefully be resolved.

The PM handle was  mazvivas
and although I’m new to ID, it seemed a bit strange.
