Number Transfer hasn't worked

Got a new phone with ID Mobile and requested my old number be transferred via a PAC code I entered during the purchase process. Got an email this morning saying the switch is complete, but I still cannot make or receive calls. 

Is there a customer service number I can call? Online it directs me to the Live Chat, which is frankly useless.

Alas @Jeremy Bradshaw, iD Mobile do not have a call centre for telephone support. 

If the Live Chat is frustrating, maybe try their social media pages for support. 

Use tag @iD Mobile on Facebook, or @iD_Mobile_UK on X (Formerly Twitter), otherwise send iD a private Message using Facebook Messenger or X. Someone should get back to you as soon as they can. X has worked well for me when I’ve needed assistance from iD.

Sorry to hear this, transfers can take between 8am to 10pm on the date selected, how are you getting on?
