Does anyone care about miss selling of poor network coverage. Attempts to get a deadlock letter fail because the complaints team claim they have not been able to reach me. That's a lie I have been waiting for a call all week.

Hi @Proops

Sorry to hear this, if this is already with the complaints department you’ll be able to contact them by calling them on 0800 049 2402 or 0800 049 1300.

We may not send a deadlock letter upon request as the complaint itself hasn’t reached a position of deadlock, a deadlock would be issued when both parties cannot agree upon a final decision, it seems like we may not have reached that point yet.

If your iD complaint is not resolved after 8-weeks, you can refer the matter to the Communications Ombudsman despite not having a deadlock letter, @Proops

Assuming iD have your postal address, can’t see why they wouldn’t be able to send your deadlock letter.
