Old network has disconnected but number not transferred

I’ve received a message from Three that my number has been disconnected but my old number has not transferred to ID Mobile some 3 hours after disconnection.

Numbers can take anywhere between 8am and 10pm to transfer on the date given/selected.

Welcome and thank you for posting. 

 

Can you please confirm if your port is due to take place today? 

If so, the process can complete anywhere between 8am and 10pm. 

 

Rebooting your handset may also help speed up the process.

Yes port in today, have been advised via live chat to wait until 6:00pm
