Hi, I have received confirmation that my old number will be transferred over. However my old number has now ceased but has not transferred yet. Would I have to wait until the end of today and use the number you have provided for now?
+24Number ports don’t happen in an instant. They can take up until 10pm to complete.

I’ve just moved to ID and used a PAC code to transfer my number. The transfer happened today but I can’t call anyone and I don’t have network coverage. People can phone me on my transferred number. I also have 2 network services at the top of my home page the new network and old network, which now says no service.
Please help as I have no network

Please ensure that any unwanted SIMs/eSIMs are removed/deleted from your device and services are set to happen on the desired SIM card only.
