When I ordered my new sim I gave my PAC code for my old number to transfer today 5th February but it hasn’t happened any idea how long this will take?

We apologise for any delays with the port.
A port can take place anywhere between 8am and 10pm on the requested date.
If you do not get a text message to confirm the switch in this time, please do let us know.
