OLD NUMBER NOT PORTED ACROSS

good morning only just joined number was supposed to be ported on the 1/10/2024 sim arrived yesterday, old sim is still showing signal/service.

 

this is not a very good start tbh, heard nothing but good things about id but i am now begginging to think otherwise.

 

please get back to me asap. other wise i will just cancel and go elsewhere

Okay @Jay982, have you tried telling the iD bot that you want to “talk to a person”?

Unfortunately @Jay982, if your old service provider’s SIM card is still active, iD Mobile haven’t begun working on your switch.

No it did not get sorted I cancelled my contract 2 days in terrible service it’s a joke

Hi it has just ported over,all day it was on the new number I’d gave me with this new sim,my wife is having the same problem as me mine is now ok hers isn’t

Her switch can complete anytime up to 10pm on the day she selected. If she also selected today to switch, I’d advise waiting till then.
