Old phone number not transferred

I have opted for a new phone contract with iD Mobile. I wanted to keep my old phone number, provided a PAC code, asked for a transfer date of the 12th of June, and unfortunately I am still waiting.  The new SIM did flag up as "not provisioned" earlier on, so I thought possibly a SIM issue. But then my old phone is still functioning with the old number. Any suggestions, greatly appreciated!

Welcome to the Community!

It sounds like you’ve got a faulty SIM card which will need a replacement.

You can collect one from your local Curry’s store or request one via Live Chat.

Regarding the port it seems that it never processed if the old provider SIM is working with the number.
