I have been charged £76.64 for data on one day during my contract. All other data was £0.00. Why was this charge so high and what could it be possibly for?

Hi @lucypell

Mobile data use is shown in detail in the PDF copy of your monthly iD Mobile bills. You can access bills from your iD online account and should be able to download PDF copies of your iD bills, to check the monthly data usage.
With this info you can see where you were charged that £ and for what and if you know that you didn’t use the data then you can contact the Live Chat to discuss the way forward.

Type ‘Talk to a person’ in the chat field to connect directly with an adviser (rather than answering the ‘round and round and round……...’ inane questions).
Please be aware that advisers have several chats going at any one time and may take a while to connect/reply to you so make sure you have the time to stay on-line to get an answer.

Good luck x
