One Time Passcodes not working

Both my husband and I have moved from O2 to ID mobile and since the original set up neither of us can receive one time passcodes.  We have tried everything suggested and nothing works, how do we get this resolved?

Hey there @JB0309, sorry to hear that. Have you both transferred your numbers over to us, and has the number switches completed?

Are you able to send/receive other texts and calls, and use data okay?

Thanks,

Tyler

Hi Tyler, We both switched taking using our old mobile numbers and as far as I know the number switched ok as we got emails saying it was switched yesterday.  Texts, phone calls and data work but hardly any apps as they need the one time passcodes. Thanks JB

Hey there @JB0309, sorry to hear that. It may be a case of the switch just catching up, and hopefully everything will work shortly.

However, when you both go into your phone settings, does your correct number show please? Also, what phone(s) do you have?

Have you also tried restarting your phone(s), and resetting network settings?

Thanks,

Tyler

Hi Tyler, In settings our numbers show what I think is correctly with +44 and no zero

i have an iPhone 3rd gen SE and my husband has a iPhone 16e.

We have both restated multiple times and have reset network settings and nothing seems to resolve the issue. Thanks JB

Hey there @JB0309, not a problem, thank you for confirming.

Are you receiving any OTP’s at all, are they simply all just not working currently?

Thanks,

Tyler
