No chance had for a long time to check my use of Internet or others as the app states "ooops something went wrong". ID really need to get a grip as from the "community" it seems to a long term issue unsolved as so many reports.

Hey @Leo Bozzo,

I think I’ve figured out a potential reason why. Looks like you did a triangle port in early June and your iD Mobile App account is linked to the old (disconnected) plan, rather than your new plan. Have you tried removing the plan from your account and re-adding it again?

Home → View your plans → Pencil → Remove plan.

Thanks.

Hey @Leo Bozzo,

Are you still experiencing issues? Have you updated to the latest version of the app? And do you still see the same error message on my.idmobile.co.uk website?

Thanks.

Hello,

Yes I just looked it up. It's there and it has been reported quite a lot as I can see in the "ID community". Do something about yet. I can't even set up a cap and don't know if I'm off the limit of my data.
