"Oops, it looks like your details may not match"

I'm trying to purchase a SIM only deal but keep getting this message:

“Oops, it looks like your details may not match. Please ensure your card is registered to the billing address and name you entered on the details page."

  • The details are correct and do match.
  • Spent 50 min with the Live Chat yesterday and got nowhere. 

Anyone who has managed to solve this issue?

You could also get your SIM only deal by calling the iD telephone sales team, ​@sarah_kp
