Had this issue when someone from idmobile decided to change the app...which worked great before!
Could NOT top up my balance on pay as you go.
Finally found if I adjusted my address it allowed me to purchase a top up!
Took the number and road out of ths first line, only entered the number and then put the road on the next line.
Great!! but now my issue is it does not show my purchase on my balance, it is in pending in my bank account!
Did live chat...told have issues with this problem (what another issue!) so told them I will wait 24 hours and check again.....😣🤔😤
