order cancelled due to “failed credit check”

I have tried to order both a phone contract and sim only contract with ID mobile and on both accounts has my order been cancelled due to failed credit check. 
They have advised my card address doesn’t match my billing address. However it does. 
I double checked with the bank and also made sure to input my address a second Time letter to letter paying close attention to make sure it read exactly the same however this did not happen. 
 

Can someone help out?

My best suggestion would be to call the sales team on 0207 1391 397 for assistance in a purchase, however if you’ve failed a credit check we might not be able to change this decision.
