I placed an order today and the funds have been taken out of my bank but I have had no order confirmation


can someone help please? 

as I am unhappy to have funds taken but no confirmation

Have you checked your junk/ spam folder to see if by chance it’s gone there instead?  Failing that, could it possibly be that a typo was made when giving your email address?
