Hi, I'm trying to order the Pixel 9 with the Pixel Buds Pro 2 promo contract through Carphone Warehouse but it keeps getting rejected with the following message:
"The order you placed through www.carphonewarehouse.com has been accepted by the iD Mobile network, however not for the chosen handset and tariff combination that you have ordered. The iD Mobile network would be willing at this time to offer you one of their great sim only packages."
Is this an issue on my side or a CPW issue?

This is likely due to the credit check. If you order is failing with Carphone Warehouse directly, I’d recommend contacting them directly for further information.
