I placed order couple of days and the phone is out of stock. Then I found better deal on your website. So I want to get other/deal instead of continuing with current one.

your chat system asking for mobile no and contact no is not reachable.

if you can’t switch me the new deal please advise how to cancel the order

Hello @Balbeer Singh,

It may be too late to cancel now if your order’s a few days old; however, try getting in-touch to cancel your order using the iD Live Chat service - you should be able to enter any telephone number when you’re beginning your chat session (it doesn’t need to be a mobile number).
