As i only use the sim card for a wifi router in my caravan I dont have a way to put the sim in to a phone as my phone is locked to a net work.
surley we should be able to choose otp to phone or email?

How are you ‘Plan Details’ set up in your online account?
Login to your account and click on ‘View your plans’ (top right hand corner) then ‘Edit Details’.
Select ‘communication preferences’ and make sure you only select ‘Email’.
I can’t be positive that this will sort the problem but it will definitely mean you will only get correspondance by email.
Do you have access to an unlocked phone that you can use the SIM in just while you get this sorted?
The only other option is to contact the Live Chat. Type ‘Talk to a person’ in the message field to bypass the unhelpful questions.
