outgoing calls and incoming calls not working.

Can't make outgoing calls or recieve incoming calls.

Can recieve SMS messages but can't send SMS messages.

Can use 4g to access apps such as social media or Web browsers.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE.

Can anyone please help?

Welcome tom the Community!

Firstly I would advise to reset your network settings and restart the handset.

Have you checked the coverage in your area?

It may also be worth testing the SIM in a different device to see if that makes a difference.

I am unable to make or receive calls presently. I have full signal & on unlimited calls. My airplane mode is not on
