Outstanding Balance - Payment (am out of country though)

Hi! 

I have been using ID mobile for about a year now.

Have recently flown back home to India, hence disabled my direct debit with ID mobile and also turned the sim off to enable my Indian sim. (I’m certain that my charges were already pre-paid for the month after which I cut my direct debit.)

I had, although, turned the UK sim on one day and attempted to make a call, but that call didn’t pass through. Recently, I received an email for an outstanding payment on my account and I assume it was for the same day.

While I’d like to pay the balance off, I’m unsure how can i do so. 

When I try to log in, it asks me to enter my ID mobile number, last name and DOB for an OTP to come but unfortunately, I’m unable to receive the OTP. 

Is there any possibility of receiving the OTP to log back into the account on my email? Or any other possibilities?

In this instance, please call +44 333 003 7777 to pay through our automated services. Please remember, cancelling your Direct Debit will not cancel your iD Mobile plan and you’ll continue to be billed as usual each month.
