I have dialled your customer service number. I have paid my bill. The answer machine said is on successful payment. We have repeated the process and after the second attempt it was successful payment but when I go Bank account statements I have been charged twice please help me

You have two options.

  1. The second payment will act as Credit off your next bill.
  2. Contact Live Chat to get a refund.

Hi there. I overpaid my last bill as I pressed pay twice by accident so it took 2 lots of payment out. Please can I either get a refund or have this taken of next months bill? I also want to set up a direct debit which I thought I had already done over the phone months ago. Thanks, Jess.

Hi there @Jess Lowe 

Either leave that extra payment as (from what’s being said above) it’ll count to next months bill.

Or contact iD using their live chat:

https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat

They, as in the iD humans, are available 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am - 6pm Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays.

You should also be able to set up the DD with them there too. As they use an iD Bot maybe start the conversation with refund or set up direct debit. 🤞
