Why is there either a T or a P next to messages? ive just switched to id from another provider and kept my number thanks

You can have 2 SIM’s active at the same time. For example I have my ID SIMas my primary line P and a backup BNE SIM T incase I’m in an area that has no iD coverage. I can swap between the two as needed.
