‘P’ wont link to ID network


I’ve got my new contract with you and it’s all gone over from my old phone however the Primary line won’t link to ID network. travel line has linked but not Primary. I am unable to make calls and text.

Hi Kash. I potentially out of the eSIM, I only havev1 SIM card in my new phone. I physically removed the old one out of my old phone in case that was interfering with the switch over. 
…. needless to say I don’t do technology ☹️
