I’m in the process of changing mobile supplier to iD. Sent PAC to iD on 23.03.20. Still waiting for switch to take place. How can I find out what’s going on?

    We are in the same position, submitted PAC successfully 30th March, not transferred yet . Hope yours came through.

    Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately the transfer still hasn’t taken place. I hope your changeover is successful.

    I am in the same situation. Nothing has happened since I submitted the request on 31st March.
