EE issued me a pac code for two numbers. MY partner has followed the procedure to transfer her phone number over and has gone through with no complications. I have tried the same procedure and had not no luck, its come back with a message saying " we have tried to process your PAC but there is a issue with the information provided. Please can you help me transfer my number please?
