I went through the steps to migrate my number to my iD Mobile sim, but got an error message, advising there is something wrong with the information I have provided. I checked everything and the information I had submitted was correct. I redid it and received the same error message. I need to use my iD Mobile sim with my number from my previous network as soon as possible. Please can someone contact me and help me with this.
