​@Ab42 Had a SIMO with iD and took out a new iD SIM and phone contract, unless I’m mistaken.

If this is the case you need to port your original number on your old account to another provider (I would suggest a simple PAYG), leave it 24 hours and port it back to iD on your new account.

Hey there ​@Ab42, you cannot transfer your phone number directly from one iD Mobile contract to another I’m afraid. If you wish to do so, you’ll need to complete a triangle port as mentioned above by ​@Daz_S.
