Their live chat team would be able to give you the transaction number, but would probably be able to apply the PAC for you at the same time

Just don’t mention work number as iD Mobile is for residential use only, but I won’t tell anyone.

Thanks, It wont be a work use phone, I’m just using the old work number that I’ve had for years (just left company) so it will be my new private number :-)
