Pac after disconnection

Hi ! 
my contract has ended and I can’t get my PAC code now. 

I requested on live chat to send me a PAC code to transfer my mobile 4 times today but this has not been forthcoming - they said it will be emailed but nothing has been delivered. 
so not right ! What can I do now ??

You should certainly be able to get your PAC code after disconnectiton.
