newcomer to ID Mobile here. Tried the chat route and got “hung up on” after 30 minutes in the virtual queue. What a way to welcome new people!
No welcome email received (eSim order) and no transaction number therefore. How can I port my old number? Obv checked in all spam and junk folders. Did get one email, but that was for the eSim provisioning.
