Hi

 

Wonder if anyone can help, while trying to switch my number over to ID from Three i get the following..

Your PAC code will expire before we can process your switch. This could lead to switching failure or a loss of services, please request a new PAC code from your old network.

 

My PAC from three expires 15/12/2024, I have been on live chat and they refuse to extend it making me request a new on when this one expires!

Can anyone help with this

I’m sorry to hear this, Three UK should be able to cancel any existing PAC code and issue a new, fresh one no problem, I’m unsure what the issue would be with doing so.

Like i have said 3 have refused to do this, on part that i will be charged for the extra days waiting for the switch!

ID wont process it because its too close to the 15th

Hey there ​@patters, we’re sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, that’s out of our control, and you’ll either need to get back in touch with Three, or wait until that date, and then ask for a new one.
