BEEN TRYING TO GET PAC CODE [REDACTED] , KEEP GETTING GENERIC TEXT

Hi ​@Anne Mcnally, we've removed the mobile number from the original post. In future, we’d advise not sharing any mobile number publicly for privacy reasons. 

If the PAC code isn’t coming through via text, you can also request your PAC via the iD app/your account online.

If this method doesn’t work, the iD live chat can also source your PAC code for you.

If you type into the chat box ‘speak to an agent’ or select this option, you’d be put through to a live advisor.

    If you’ve not yet taken out a contract you can do this at the time you order. Due to Christmas there will be a delay in applying the PAC

     

    If you’ve already joined iD then you can ask live chat to apply the PAC to your account. The link is https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat. I would advise you do this tomorrow but due to Christmas it will not be applied until the 30th December

    To give us a PAC code from another network, please use the below port form;

    As ​@Daz_S suggests you’ll need to have purchased an iD Mobile plan to do this and there may be some delays/unavailable dates due to the busy holiday season.
