Could someone please help me I've just paid off my contract with the idiotic company full of liars I've just received my pac code it's got 3 letters & 6 numbers when I put the code in its saying it needs 9 numbers I contacted ee who sent me an email saying speak to my new provider & speak with them to see what code they are requesting ! 

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME 🙏 so I can finally change my old no. I'd & I haven't got to deal with the living jerkoffs ee

iD Mobile don’t have a telephone support helpline, ​@Simoak

Their help & support options are all online. 

If you have a PAC from EE (for the number you want to keep), then one of the iD customer advisers should be able to help.

@andewhite I've tried what you suggested & it's total useless I need to speak to an administrator... but thank you for your help it is appreciated

@Jon62 if you go to the home page on the id app goto plans scroll down to switch to id then follow the instructions from there ! If you have any problems speak to live chat and they will help you from there
