The day I requested my phone number to be switched to id mobile from three has passed and still hasn't been transferred, when will this happen?

Also chatbot button doesn't appear and I have found no way of contacting id mobile?

Do you know how to contact customer services?

The only number I can find is automated response only and the chatbot doesn't work.

I'm regretting joining id mobile

Alas, iD Mobile are 100% online for all help & support, ​@Darren Heasman

Try telling the 24/7 iD chatbot that you’d like to “talk to a person” - the iD advisers working until 8pm on weekdays.

Have you tried using a different web browser, ​@Darren Heasman

You may need to use a web browser running on a laptop or desktop PC.

Anti-malware and anti-virus software can sometimes stop the iD Live Chat running - it runs in a popup window.

It doesn't work on Google chrome, but I managed to get it working on Opera

Not sure this helps at all, but Live Chat works in Chrome running on my Windows 10 laptop, ​@Darren Heasman
