PAC code

Hello,

I've just placed an sim order for join ID Mobile but I'd like to keep my current number. I've already got my PAC code from my current supplier but didn't see where to put the PAC code number in on purchase. 

Can you please help me with this.

    Thank you for reaching out.

     

    Don't worry you'll be able to submit your PAC code once you've received your iD Mobile SIM and your account has been activated.

     

    Once your SIM has arrived:

    • Insert your new iD Mobile SIM into your handset.
    • Open the iD Mobile app and log in or register your account.
    • Go to My Services.
    • Select Transfer my number.
    • Enter your PAC code, your current mobile number, and follow the on-screen instructions to submit the request.

    Your number transfer will then be processed, and you'll be notified once it's complete. Please note that it's normal to experience a temporary loss of service on the day the transfer takes place.
