Pac code after disconnecting

My account was disconnected yesterday, is it still possible to get a pac code? If so how since I'm unable to message 65075 or get text message

Don’t delay, contact the customer advisers using the iD Live Chat service, ​@Paul Akintoye.

The iD advisers work until 8pm on weekdays - tell the 24/7 chatbot you want to “talk to a person”.

      We’d always recommend getting a PAC code before disconnecting, as you risk losing the number.

       

      As ​@andewhite suggests we’d recommend getting in touch with the team on the live chat, Facebook or Twitter as soon as possible.
